Nature benefits too, as the restoration included a focus on conservation - safeguarding the flora and fauna of this beautiful region. For this wine, the winemaker has cherry-picked the finest grapes from Stellenbosch: Cabernet, Shiraz, Merlot and Malbec. It's barrel-aged for 14 months, with 30% in new oak. The result? A gorgeously rich, ripe and velvety red with proper weight. And even more impressive in magnum format.
